Fees and Insurance

I accept BlueCross BlueShield PPO, Aetna, Cigna and United Behavioral Health insurance which may cover the cost of services. The ability to accept your insurance must be verified with your provider before the first session. Co-pays and deductible must be paid at the time of each session.

For all other insurance providers, I can provide you with a Super Bill which is an itemized medical receipt to admit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts allow individuals to determine the amount they want to deduct from their paycheck to contribute to their account. Because the funds are deposited into the HSA or FSA on a pre-tax basis, individuals reduce their tax liability. The funds may be used for qualifying medical expenses, which includes services offered at Jennie Busker Therapy.

I accept payment by cash, credit card, Venmo and QuickPay with Zelle at time of service.

As of January 1, 2022, The No Surprises Act (H.R. 133) is in effect. This means that providers and healthcare facilities must furnish a good faith estimate of expected items or services on/by or after January 1, 2022 which will allow uninsured or self-pay individuals to have access to information about health care pricing before receiving care. The purpose of the good faith estimate requirement is to give individuals an opportunity to use the information to evaluate their health care options, manage care costs, and prevent surprise billing. I will provide clients with a Good Faith Estimate of possible charges at the onset of treatment.

Please be aware that I reserve the right to charge for sessions cancelled without 24–hours notice.
