I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

I live in the East Village neighborhood of Chicago with my husband and my two lovely pets, Annie and Olivia Newton. When I’m not helping others, I enjoy killing it on the Peloton, baking sweet things and watching true crime documentaries.
