I have earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Northeastern Illinois University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

I live in the East Village neighborhood of Chicago with my husband and Olivia Newton Kitty. When I’m not helping others, I enjoy killing it in a spin class, baking sweet things and watching reruns of SATC.
